The SAMCO Sport OEM replacement silicone hose kits offer amazing value and exact fitments to improve your cooling system. Handmade in the UK includes a Lifetime Warranty, ensuring you have the highest quality cooling products fitted to your bike.
SAMCO Sport hoses are made from the finest European silicones specifically designed intensive use, meeting or exceeding the strict requirements of SAE J20, made under the ISO 9002:2000 quality system. Every hose is handmade and 100% visually inspected before leaving the factory, to ensure precise fitment and to maintain the very highest level of quality control, demanded by the world's motorsport elite. True innovators in the world of silicone, our in-house laboratory and technicians ensure precise tolerances are maintained on not only the hoses, but the special alloy inserts, bosses and take-offs that are used in some hose designs.
The Samco Sport range of hose clamps have been specifically selected for use on Samco Sport silicone reinforced hose. Made entirely from 18/8 (304) marine grade stainless steel, they are designed to work in the most aggressive and corrosive environments. The Samco Sport clamps feature a wide band (9mm wide for sizes up to 20mm, 13mm wide for sizes 22mm and above) and therefore offer maximum sealing area, whilst the smooth and polished inside of the band, with its fully rounded edges gives the best possible protection to a silicone hose. With a 7mm A/F full 304 stainless steel hex-head adjuster screw, these really are the ultimate in hose clamps, vastly superior in quality to any O.E. fitted hose clamp. Bike specific hose clamp kits are available to match this SAMCO Sport hose kit and contain all the necessary clamps to match all the moulded hoses (vacuum hose in kits will not have hose clamps provided).
