We are delighted to offer this Rare Magnificent Tall Dated Mar. 2, 1872 Victorian Solid Walnut Dental ~ Doctor ~ Medical Cabinet with Ornate Sea Shell or Clam Handles & ALL of the handles are still present on it! It has wonderful carved craftsmanship with dovetailed front & back drawers. The top drawer of the base has inside upper divisions that slide front to back to access the four different compartments. The maker accented the top of this piece with a mirror surrounded by four oak / maple ? hand carved leaves. Some of the drawers have the original medical shelf liners still in them that held the various tools. There are a few of the shell handles/pulls that carry minor chips/top edge wear. This is a RARE 2 piece cabinet to find & complimented our Civil War Era 1800's Carved Head Tilt Walnut Dentist Chair manufactured by Ransom & Randolph of Toledo, OHIO, which was also listed on eBay at one time, but the chair has now sold. There is a very similar piece that sold on an antique website for ,850.
